C&S Roofing LLC is a growing roofing and contracting company headquartered in Grapeland Texas. We are quickly growing to be the trusted roofer in East Texas. We are growing our area of reach and are searching for the right individual to help us reach the goals and objectives for this year and beyond.

Areas of Operation

We are seeking long term candidates to join our family and grow with us. We are looking to expand in the following areas:

• Tyler
• Longview
• Shreveport / Bossier City
• DFW
• Texarkana
• Lufkin
• Nacogdoches

Role and Responsibilities

The role of the outside sales representative is to acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads. Gain an understanding of the clients needs and desires, and propose value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service.. Ensure client satisfaction through continuous communication. Respond to and fix issues that arise promptly. Be active in the community and make sure that professionalism is maintained at all times. 

Pay / Schedule

• Pay is based on experience and sales volume. This position is 100% commission.
• Career advancement
• Profit sharing: we believe in sharing the wealth!
• Office schedule is Monday – Friday, and weekends as needed for storm related damages.
